The 3¢ perf 11x 10 Washington must be unwatermarked,
Type II and
printed by the rotary press method, but beware, this stamp can be faked by adding perfs to
the top and bottom of the Type II perf 10 coil stamp, Scott 494. This stamp is
rarely found well-centered and perfectly centered stamps are
suspect.
