In
1916, for the reasons
mentioned in Set VIII, the unwatermarked paper stock used to
print the fully perforated 10 stamps was used to print the perforated 10 rotary coils. The one cent through
three cent stamps were issued perforated 10 horizontally, listed
in Scott as numbers 486 through 489, and
the one cent through five cent stamps along with a new ten
cent coil stamp, were issued perforated 10 vertically, listed
in Scott as numbers 490 through 497.
